Communication consultancy

Identifying and tracking issues, then taking proactive, mitigating steps when necessary, are key to avoiding crisis management. If you’re in crisis mode then you must work with seasoned communication professionals such as 20 Seconds Media Ltd. What they do is based on priceless, real-life knowledge and experience that too few really do have. This is how they succeed in repairing and rejuvenating organisational reputations.

Internal communication

Effective and respected communication within an organisation is a bedrock for developing trust, which then influences employees’ engagement, organisational culture and ultimately productivity. Get this right, and it means everybody knows what they need to do deliver on the organisation’s goals and objectives.

Media training & public speaking

Clear and concise communication are critical if you are to succeed in influencing target publics. Thinking smart about target publics, their vocabulary, their knowledge, attitudes and practices and how to have impact are foundations to being an effective public speaker. All of this – and much more – is learned through practice in ‘real life’ scenarios.
